In this workshop we will discuss some of the plants and mushrooms that are looked to most for alleviating different varieties of sleeplessness and quelling the myriad ways we experience anxiety. This will be a discussion of pattern recognition in the body! Additionally, we will discuss extremely practical lifestyle adjustments that can be made to start the process to better health in these areas. Following the discussion part of the workshop, you will mix your own tincture for your own specific type of sleeplessness or anxiety.
There are lots different parts of the body and ways in which a person can experience the symptomatic evidence of these two common maladies in. After we go over those, you will begin to understand the expressions of your body and mind so that you can find the remedies most suited for you. We are all so different!

We also know that stress is necessary for some progressive action, but unmanaged stress is a primary contributor to the overworking of every organ system in the body.
