Ashwaganda Full Spectrum Elixir

$30.00

Earthy roots fortify the flavor of this ultra soothing and nutritive elixir while barks, seeds, & fruits elevate the tone to match the conversation of the plants within our bodies. It is made from organic roots of ashwagandha, astragalus, burdock & dandelion along with cardamom pods, chia seeds, whole lemon & cinnamon bark.

Ashwagandha is a wonderful adaptagen, nervine & tropho restorative root from the ayurvedic tradition. In laymen’s terms, it’s nutritious and maintains the structural integrity of the nerves. For this, it is really helpful in cases of exhaustion, burnout and chronic fatigue. It is a nightshade, so if you have sensitivities to nightshades, this drink may not be for you. There are other herbs! Astragalus is also in the ayurvedic and Chinese medicine traditions. This herb is used to support the immune system before and after being acutely ill. Dandelion root supports liver clearance and chia seeds boost the cardiovascular system. Cinnamon helps to moisten, alongside astragalus, and keeps the vibe warm. Lemon for good, tasty vitamin c measure.

Enjoy as an herbal latte or just straight with water.

1 heaping tsp brewed in 8 oz of liquid—we like 1/3 oat milk and 2/3 good water. If you’ve got an immersion blender or something, a little blitz with that makes it nice and frothy!
